Suitable substrates for alkaline phosphatase reaction in immunohistochemistry are e.g. Vector Red (Art. No. SK-5100), VECTOR Blue (Art. No. SK-5300) or Fast Red TR. In immuno blots BCIP/NBT (Art. No. SK-5400) or chemiluminescence substrate DuoLUX (Art. No. SK-6605) may be used. For the substrate reaction an alkaline TRIS buffer is recommended (Art. Nr. PU004). Please observe the instructions of the manufacturer.
